Shipping Timeframe

Order processing typically requires 1-2 business days for verification and preparation. Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most domestic shipments reach their destination within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries may require 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance procedures.
Please note that these estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and assure you our team monitors all shipments proactively.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping options designed for flexibility:
  • Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
  • Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders of $60+
All shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your order subtotal before taxes or discounts.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and select Middle Eastern regions. Due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot deliver to certain sanctioned territories or countries with complex import regulations for precision instruments. During checkout, our system will automatically verify your address eligibility.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

Track your package directly through the carrier's portal or via your Chronovar account dashboard. For consolidated international shipments, tracking updates may temporarily pause during customs processing.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for flawless delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier logistical issues. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or exceeds the estimated delivery window by 5+ days, please:
  1. Check your spam folder for carrier notifications
  2. Contact the shipping provider with your tracking number
  3. If unresolved, email [email protected] with "Delivery Inquiry: [Order #]" in the subject line
Our support team will investigate promptly and provide resolution options within 48 business hours.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and vary based on:
